Adventure
Join the Adventure
It's the first software game that lets you join an adventure with the
Rugrats gang. The evil Alien Queen Angeleeka is out to destroy the earth - and
Reptar, the babies' only hope, could become a light snack for Hubert the Trash
Monster. So it's up to you to save the day in a real Rugrats adventure.
Features:
- Be part of the adventure
- Play over 30 puzzles, games, and activities
- Explore a 3D world
- Choose from multiple skill levels
- Hear the original voices from the Rugrats TV show
- Pick up where you left off with the game-save feature.
Join the Babies
The aliens and their evil queen, Angeleeka, are about
to take over the earth and it's up to you to stop them. But it won't be easy,
because you've got lots of problems to solve before you can win. You'll have to
grab Grandpa's teeth right out of his mouth, figure out how to master the
G.R.O.S. 2000 garbage machine, and rescue Reptar from Hubert the Trash Monster.
But the biggest adventure, and the most challenging, it that you have to get
Angelica to help you.
Join Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Lil on a 3D adventure through the Pickles'
family home - and into outer space. You'll navigate through every room in the
house as you solve puzzles and games to help the babies rescue Reptar. Each
game builds on the next until you've rescued Reptar and saved the earth.
Hidden Picture Find the costume pieces that Angelica has hidden.
You need them to build your monster.
Fishy Photo Match the fish parts to create the right photos so
Grandpa can finish his wild fish story.
G.R.O.S. Levers Find the room where Chuckie is hiding. It's hide
and seek on the computer.
Teeth Stackin' Stack objects from Grandpa's closet until you can
reach Grandpa's mouth and grab his teeth.
Grab Reptar Use dental floss and
Grandpa's teeth to fish Reptar out of the trash can.
Tube Maze Explore different tubes in Stu's G.R.O.S. 2000 garbage
machine to locate the hidden clog.
Trash Smash Unclog Stu's machine. Be careful - smashing one piece
of trash makes another piece pop up.
Cabinet Climb Help Chuckie climb up the cabinet drawers to get
cookies before Mom comes back.
Cookie Drop Collect cookies to get Angelica to help you. They're
burnt, so Spike will have to lick them clean.
Stair Toss Drop cookies to lure Angelica upstairs - so the
Chuckie monster can scare her.
Alien Chase Catch Angeleeka the Alien Queen and save the
earth.
To Rescue Reptar and Save the Earth:
- Escape from the playpen
- Build a monster suit
- Collect important clues
- Find Stu's lab
- Grab Grandpa's teeth
- Unclog the trash machine
- Find the cookies
- Defeat the evil Alien Queen Angeleeka

Just
Adventure by Randy Sluganski
"Grim Fandango--been there, done that. Trespasser--you've seen one dinosaur,
you've seen them all. Barney and the Teletubbies--yeech! It's time to move
over, Mister Rogers, 'cause the Rugrats are in the 'hood! Why would a grown man
go ga-ga over a children's game? Hey, a reviewer's got to do what a reviewer's
got to do.
"Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Lil, Angelica and all the rest of the family
members are here in a hybrid 3D CD with their original voices, music and
animators from the television show. The evil Queen Angeleeka has kidnaped
Tommy's Reptar toy and now you must save him from Hubert the Trash Monster. In
typical Rugrat fashion, one misadventure leads to another and a task that would
be simple for an adult becomes a major undertaking for the babies. Oh yeah, I
almost forgot, you have to save the earth too."
"There are a lot of puzzles in Rugrats. It
is great to see an adventure game for children that has inventory- and
situation-based puzzles. Can't get to that door handle? Try hiding in the
garbage can so that your Daddy unwittingly carries you outside. You have to
think like a baby in this game! There were times when my two sons, Jacob (age
8) and Jonathan (age 11), were frustrated, not with the game's puzzles, but
with me for taking over the computer..."
"I cannot think of a better present to give a child to encourage computer
skills and future adventure game playing than the Rugrats Adventure Game. It
perfectly captures the essence and humor of the animated series. If, after
clicking on Spike's water bowl in the kitchen and watching what Phil (or is it
Lil?) does, you are not thoroughly enchanted with this game, then you are an
old curmudgeon who needs to spend some time locked in the house watching a
Rugrats marathon on Nickelodeon."
