Raptors presents an in depth natural history study of the daytime birds of prey. Raptor species from around the world are used to illustrate the remarkable biology and adaptations of these predatory birds. The program's eleven sections include: Raptors (an introduction to the 5 raptor families), Origins, Anatomy, Social Behavior, Hunting, Senses, Migration, Vocalization, Myth and Folklore, Human Impact and Getting Involved. Raptors was created by Discerning Nature with the assistance of avian biologists from Braddock Bay Raptor Research, a non-profit research organization. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this product is used to support the continuing research of Braddock Bay Raptor Research.
