Computing with Kids by Jinny
Gudmundsen
"Backyard Basketball is a great way to introduce children to
the rules and plays of basketball. But it is not all dribble, shoot, and
scorethere are crazy aspects to the game, including Powerups
where players can slam-dunk from anywhere on the court! The color commentary is
hilarious.
"With three levels of difficulty and options to micromanage
or not, Backyard Basketball is a title that will grow with a child. Two
children can take it to the boards in head-to-head play on the same computer,
so the game always remains fresh. This is a great opportunity to turn your
mouse clicker into a boards-crashing hoopster!"
