Silent Hunter will run in a DOS window under Windows 95 or 98 and is actually intended to be run that way but you have to be able to deal with some DOS commands in order to install and run this game. Thus it requires either Windows 95 or 98 plus a knowledge of DOS. Patch files are available to upgrade any version of this product to the final 1.31 version. The two files that are required are shv13.zip and sh131.zip and are applied in that order. All documentation for this product is on the CD.
