bundle includes the original Uru, To D'ni (the 1st Uru expansion
pack), and The Path of the Shell (the 2nd Uru expansion pack) in 1
complete set.
Secrets of the past must be uncovered, Secrets of the present must be

Uru: Ages Beyond Myst
From Cyan Worlds, the makers of Myst® and Riven, Uru: Ages
Beyond Myst is the next chapter of the Myst franchise and the most immersive
and ambitious Myst experience ever created. The single-player game will be
bigger, better, and more innovative than any of the previous Myst adventures.
Players can move at their own pace, spending hours discovering visually
stunning, real-time 3D worlds, solving a large variety of mind-challenging
puzzles, and following an epic storyline. Players can continue to discover new
areas of D'ni by connecting to Uru Live, the online service of Uru. There,
players will be part of an ever-expanding world that brings more areas to
explore and more mysteries to solve.
To D'ni:
This first Uru expansion pack lets the player visit various parts of the
D'ni cavern. Myst fans will be astounded by the amount of historical and
cultural information included in this expansion, and those new to the greatest
adventure game of all time will be driven by the expansion story's major
dramatic question: "What happened to the DRC and its Restoration?" Through a
series of challenges that send the player searching the island of Ae'gura
(including its museum and library) and two D'ni neighborhoods, the player
accesses three sections of the D'ni Great Zero. Finally, the player succeeds
where the Restoration failed by powering up the Great Zero and, in doing so,
discovers the answer to the question that's driven him. To D'ni adds new Ages,
areas, Relto customizations, technical features, clothing, gameplay, and story
to Uru.
Uru: Path Of The Shell:
Immerse yourself in the next installment of Uru: Ages Beyond Myst. Path of
the Shell will take you deeper into the adventure. Journey to uncover Yeesha's
destiny and the story of the future of D'ni as you explore the stunning
worlds in this expansion of the epic adventure that is Myst: Uru. More than 10
new puzzles to master. Numerous new clothing options to choose from. Extended
storyline that continues the Uru adventure. Additional Ages and areas to
explore. New gameplay elements including interaction with creatures, swimming,
and an editable player journal.

Reviews:
Just Adventure
by Jennifer Miller
"Cyan has also given the player the option to toggle between a first person
and third person perspective, so if you really cant stand watching
yourself running around, you have the ability switch back and forth. I
recommend this for puzzle solving, but Ill explain that later. When in
third person mode, you can get a better sense of just how large everything is.
These Ages are just overwhelming their scope..."
"Now, just because I made such a huge deal of the
graphics, interface, and sound, doesnt mean this game is lacking in
puzzle fodder. In fact, it has some of the most outside of the box
puzzles Ive ever had to deal with. Carla Melloni says in her article that
some of the puzzles are not nearly up to par with those found in Riven.
Im going to have to disagree with her. Riven tested the limits of your
logic some places in Uru will test the limits of your patience. Puzzles
vary widely in type, from the basic learn how to turn on a machine, to the run
as fast as you can in twenty seconds to get all parts of a machine to work. So
not only do you have to be quick with your mind, but also quick with your
fingers,..."
"...Uru is neither a pure adventure, nor a pure RPG in the sense of Final
Fantasy or Warcraft. It is an astonishing synthesis of the two, taking the
story and puzzle elements of the adventure and the graphic flexibility of the
RPG. Adding in a dash of online gaming, and Cyan might just have created a game
that will appeal to gamers from all genres. This could be the first true
blockbuster, cross-genre game."
