Spin to Win!

One of the hottest online games is now playing on CD-ROM. Better than Slots and better than Bingo, it's Slingo! With 5 exciting game variations, like Giant Slingo and Duel Slingo, there's suspense-building fun for everyone.

Pull the handle and spin the reels. Match card and reel numbers for points. Fill a row across, down or diagonally to make a "Slingo"! Collect Free Spins and "go wild" over Jokers. Spin to win - but watch out for that Devil!

5 Great Ways to Play!

Classic Slingo
Match the card and reel numbers.

Giant Slingo
Spin for a Giant opportunity to make extra matches.

Mixed Matrix Slingo
Match mixed-up numbers on the card.

Super Squares Slingo
Match "Super Square" numbers for BIG points.

Duel Slingo
Play head-to-head on the same card. Choose your opponent.

Gameplay for 1 to 6 players

Chat with friends while you play.

Compete over a LAN, modem-to-modem, or the Internet.

Reviews:

Games Domain by Douglas Morrison

"Slingo. Is this the first time you ever heard of it? I found out about it when the GDR asked for a review of it. I did a little searching and discovered it's popular on AOL. Of course, I don't use AOL so I wouldn't ever have heard of it even if I saw the game on the store shelf. Maybe that's just Hasbro's lack of marketing or general gaming interest in other, ah, more flashy games. I don't know about this firsthand, but where AOL is concerned, I get the feeling of something along the lines of "Why buy the cow when the milk is free?" But, it looked like an entertaining diversion so I volunteered and was assigned to the review. I quickly became impressed at the depth of this here wading pool.

"Let's be honest now. This game literally is WYSIWYG. Combine Bingo with Slots, add some random elements, stir gently for an even mix and serve with a crazy straw."

"I like playing Slingo and for more than just the budget price. I'll be playing the game as long as the on-line support exists. Oh sure, I'll play offline too, but the fun definitely begins on-line chatting with others as you play. The game's glitches prevent me from recommending the Silver Award. That and the somewhat lack of interest on the Internet for this game. Some games on the Zone have hundreds of players, whereas the busiest I ever saw Slingo was about a dozen..."
