SimCity
2000 Network Edition |
Maxis
Game
Play the most celebrated Sim game ever over LAN, Internet,
or modem.
We've expanded the city limits. The ultimate city
simulator is no longer limited to one player, now entering SimCity 2000 Network
Edition. Compete over your network or the Internet with up to three other
players, or go head-to-head via modem with a friend. But remember, you now
share control of your city with other commissioners who may not share your
civic plans. So you have to wheel and deal for resources. Vote on ordinances.
And hold your own town meetings. Because SimCity 2000 Network Edition isn't
only multi-layered - it's multi-playered.
Now the town is big enough for the both of you: Play by
yourself or use a standard modem to compete -or cooperate- with a friend in the
construction of cities.
Or use the Internet or your LAN to work simultaneously
with up to three other players on a successful urban sprawl.
Network with other "commissioners" to strike deals for
water, power and other resources.
Challenge opponents to see who can amass the most
land.
Chat about relevant issues in live, real-time town
meetings - even collectively vote on proposed laws.
Take advantage of a streamlined toolbar that puts all
the multi-player features at your fingertips.
Import saved cities from SimCity 2000.
Get all the extras of the SimCity 2000 CD Collection -
the Urban Renewal Kit, challenging new scenarios and more cities to rule or
ruin as you see fit.
