Kids Become Word Experts
Playing
A fun-filled exploration of words begins when children visit
the set of 'Let's Make a Word'! By choosing from six different muppet "word
experts", kids can:
Play six different games
Visit four different locations
Create 24 different activity
combinations
Learn more than 300 new words
Plus, they'll delight in the Sesame Street music and
entertaining animations throughout.
Word Identification
America's favorite game show host, Guy Smiley, welcomes you
to Let's Make a Word!! Pick a muppet word expert, pick a place, - and
you're off to learn about words!
Rhyming
Take turns creating rhymes with Zoe in Rhyme Time. What in
this picture rhymes with 'X'?
Spelling
In Elmo's Spin-n-Spell, build words by choosing the correct
letter. Mastering spelling basics is fun with Elmo as your coach.
Phonics
Two heads are better than one when you're creating words. In
the Sound-it-out game, match the first letter with the correct word ending.
Spanish
Match objects to Spanish words in Rosita's Spanish Game. Can
you find 'el perro'? That's right - a dog!
Early learners build confidence with the
encouragement of their favorite characters. The actual voices of the Sesame
Street characters guide children and provide positive feedback throughout
play.
