Features

Regions. Multimedia World Factbook is divided into 10 major regions. The Regions Screen allows you to view the world in its entirety. Click on a particular region you wish to explore and get a map and a list of countries that encompass that region.

Did You Know? See detailed maps of each country. Click on any part of the map for a fascinating "Did You Know?" fact or on the flag to hear that country's national anthem.

Stats Screen. Retrieve facts and statistics from 6 categories: Geography, People, Government, Economy, Defense, and Communications. Print or copy text to the clipboard and paste into a word processor of your choice.

Database. Tap into the extensive database with the Query tool. Build and execute unlimited queries and export them to your favorite spreadsheet with the click of a mouse.
