Reference Dwindling Resources is one of three 'mini-discs' (Dwindling Resources, Climate Change and Conservation), addressing key environmental issues. It examines each of the world's major energy resources, how people have used them, how they have affected life around the globe and how their decline is posing problems. Alternatives to traditional fossil fuels are considered, allowing you to weigh up the advantages and disadvantages of each energy source. Video, audio, full-colour images and text are used to explore the geographical, historical and political factors that have shaped the world's resources. NOTE: The contents of this disc are included in the Land & Air main disc.
