Beach Landings with punishing user-controlled naval bombardment support. Extensive defensive terrain includes complex trench systems, tank traps, hardened emplacements, barbed wire and mines.

Assign limited support assets like air strikes, mortar and naval gunfire. Variable weather and supply elements mean that your options will be different each time. Or choose to play strictly according to historical conditions.

Infantry, mechanized and support teams are organized into Battle Groups, giving you command of over 300 unites in the Grand Campaign. Customize your Battle Groups to decide what teams fight in a given battle.

Continuity from battle to battle: you tactical successes and failures have a direct impact on the whole campaign.
