Realistic Violence

Real-Time Naval Combat
The invading armada drifts on the horizon, preparing for
war. You pause for an instant to breathe the thick ocean air, to watch the
ships rise and fall with the ebb, and to listen to the calming sound of waves
splashing against your hull. On your order, the battle begins. Explosion break
the peaceful atmosphere as the smoke distorts the scene. It was a time when
nations fought for naval dominance .. a time of true adventure .. a time unlike
no other. It was the Age of Sail.
Naval combat makes its glorious return in Age of Sail II.
Portraying real-time naval warfare with a three-dimensional, realistic sailing
and combat model, Age of Sail II accurately illustrates the mighty Fighting
Ships from 1775 to 1820. Battle the great navies of 11 nations for supremacy on
the high seas.
