Aces High provides a complete and accurate aviation environment for Microsoft Flight Simulator at the time of the Great War during 1914-1918. The history, scenery, sounds and atmosphere of the great aces and their flying machines are perfectly recreated with all these features:

Over 100 stunning liveried aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator - with each aircraft uniquely and historically detailed. Authentic aircraft handling reflects flight dynamics from 80 years ago. Every significant aircraft variant is included from the era, including those of the famous aces. Two damaged aircraft with altered visual and flight models are included too. Some aircraft even include an animated pilot's scarf and visual 'firing' guns!

Each aircraft is provided with a custom panel and realistic engine and aircraft sounds. Switchable in-cockpit battle effects bring the background noise of war to your desktop - sound effects provide the rumble of the big guns below and the clatter of your opponent's machine guns.

Includes remarkable scenery of the Great War with 33 Allied and 27 German aerodromes. Battle-torn towns, trench depictions, exploding observation balloons, smoke plumes and animated AA guns and flak bursts give the true feel of the front line. Details such as tents, wrecked buildings, windsocks, trees, railways and battleships help make flights over France an authentic experience.

Some locations feature dynamic aircraft taking off, patrolling and landing as well as parked aircraft.

13 flight situations are included, some with live in-cockpit 'orders'!
